1. Educational Services

Allied Training Institute provides educational and exam preparation services. Enrollment does not guarantee certification, licensure, exam passage, or employment. Student success depends on individual participation and performance.

2. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of registration.

• We do not accept partial payments or payment plans.

• Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.
By enrolling, students acknowledge and agree that Allied Training Institute does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to complete the course.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Students are allowed one (1) reschedule per course.

• Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing at least [Insert timeframe, e.g., 24–48 hours] before the scheduled class.

• Additional reschedule requests will require full re-enrollment and payment of the course fee.

5. Attendance & Conduct

Students must arrive on time and maintain professional behavior. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct may result in dismissal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials remain the property of Allied Training Institute and may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Allied Training Institute is not liable for:

• Exam outcomes

• Employment results

• Technical interruptions

• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow instruction

Participation in training is voluntary and at the student’s own risk.

8. Minimum Enrollment Requirement

Allied Training Institute requires a minimum of three (3) students per class session.

If the minimum enrollment requirement is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule the class to a future date. Students will be notified in advance and offered placement in the next available session.

Rescheduling due to minimum enrollment does not qualify for a refund, as all payments remain final and non-refundable.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
